How to change the lighting mode of battery camera?

The battery camera has two lighting modes, which can be found in the "Settings" menu under "Night Vision Mode":

IR Mode: During the day, the image is in color, and the lights are off. At night, the infrared lights are activated, resulting in a black and white image.

Color Mode: During the day, the image is in color, and the lights are off. At night, the white light is activated, resulting in a color image.
