If your camera is offline, please follow these troubleshooting steps to identify and resolve the issue:

- Check Power Supply: Ensure the camera is properly powered on.
- WiFi Signal Strength: Verify the WiFi signal strength when the camera was last online. A weak signal may cause the camera to go offline.
- WiFi Credentials: Confirm that the router's WiFi name (SSID) or password has not been changed. Any changes will disconnect the camera from the network.
- Internet Connectivity: Test your phone or computer to confirm that the WiFi network is functioning and providing internet access.
- Restart the Camera: Power off and restart the camera to see if it reconnects to the network.
- Firmware Update: Check the camera's firmware version and update it if necessary.
- Reset and Reconfigure: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, proceed to reset and reconfigure the camera.
